I hope you all had a peaceful and enjoyable Christmas and had wonderful celebrations this New Year’s Eve. Many of you have been so relieved to see the back of 2011, but take a little time and also give gratitude for the things you may have learnt and achieved in the last year. Remember the things that brought you great joy and give it thanks, then release it. Yes, many of you have also experienced personal pain and loss, but in these experiences there are also lessons and gifts to us. Take the time you need to heal the hurt and in time you will be ready to release this too.

2012 is going to be a phenomenal year for us all and I would love for you to embrace it with real energy and joy. Together we will create wonderful things that we will bring into reality, so are you ready for the adventure?! I know I am and I can’t wait! Our classes return next week on Tuesday evening and Thursday evening at out usual time of 7.30 p.m until 9.00 p.m. Our Thursday evening class will be for 6 weeks and will be based on the Tree of Life. Our Tuesday evening class will also be for 6 weeks and will be about Energy Healing. Many of you will find either of these class events very rewarding on a personal level and my aim is to give you information and tools that you can apply to many aspects of your daily life. Shortly I will be listing workshop events for the year ahead, so watch this space………………
